2 Best Ways to BOOST Torrent Speed using uTorrent:

speed up torrent downloads, speed up torrent download utorrent, speed up torrent 2013,speed up a torrent with low seeders

First Way:

µtorrent is very popular software to download torrent files from the web. Using torrent, you can download extremely large files with resume support. One thing that is great in torrents is that they resume automatically when PC starts and downloading doesn’t effect the PC speed. There are many downloaders come across to download files faster but they effect the browsing speed too. I have wrote an tutorial here to download files from IDM, that is the fastest downloader ever, it increases downloading speed up to 5 times. Do you think ever why this happens? Downloading through IDM from another websites server is faster than torrent? This is actually depend upon seeders and leechers and also on uploading speed of your Broadband. Here in Pakistan, upload speed is very slow compare to downloading speed, that’s why downloading through IDM is faster than utorrent. Today we will talk about utorrent speed that how we can increase the speed of utorrent so that we can download torrent faster and faster.
If you have 1MB Connection than your upload speed is maximum 20-25 kb, utorrent use you upload speed and it effect the browsing and you will face slow browsing.
So the reason of slow downloading is
  • Few Seeders
  • Few Leechers
  • Slow Uploading Speed
When you download any torrent, must see the seeders and leechers of the torrent that is showing in the description of torrent.

I was facing problem during downloading even have lot of Seeders and Leechers. Than I realize speed of my Broadband is also going too slow because of torrent, that is just because have upload speed.

When you are normally download a torrent, its upload speed is maximum that is the main cause of slow downloading speed. You just have to make it minimum to maximum you downloading speed.

Steps to Decrease Upload Speed of Torrent:

Step 1: Go to utorrent, right click on torrent file and go to properties.

Step 2: On “Maximum Upload Rate Box” replace “0″ with “1″, “0″ is the default value that increase the upload speed up to maximum.

Step 3: Save it by click on “OK” and you all are done. After doing that, your download speed increases 4 times and also it never effect on your browsing speed :)
